Our Story JJ SecuWatch is proud to be an Australian owned national distributor of professional surveillance system equipment. Founded as a small home based business in 2006 by our CEO Jerry Chung, the company grew quickly with high customer demand. It wasn’t long before the company established their first warehouse / showroom in Mount Waverley and business only continued to grow from there. JJ Secuwatch was able to establish a vast array of loyal customers all over Australia making interstate expansion inevitable. After opening 2 warehouse / showrooms in Melbourne we were able to expand to Sydney in 2019. With consistent growth of revenue and unyielding customer demand the company looks to expand further in future.

With over 10 years’ experience, we do not only provide contemporary products but also we aspire to offer reliable and innovative solutions to satisfy our clients’ needs and be at the forefront of Australia with our technical expertise. As a distributor of certified Hikvision and Ruijie products, we have recently been appointed as the authorised distributor of the entire HiLook range. With dedicated people, 4 branches distributed across Australia, we can support customers locally and nationally

We have invested millions in a national distribution network and we are committed to holding stock for all our product lines in all states.
JJ Secuwatch has partnered with the world’s leading surveillance security brands, we aspire to provide the reliable and innovative solutions to satisfy our clients’ needs in IP CCTV, HD-TVI, HD-CVI, Alarm System, Video Intercom, Access Control and Trade Convenience. Our satisfied customers include a large network of CCTV installers, small and large businesses. Our primary partners include Hikvision, Dahua and Bosch and additionally we supply a host of over thirty other manufacturers who can fulfil your total project requirements.

JJ Secuwatch aims and be at the forefront of Australia with our technical expert. We have a large team of technical support staff who can answer an extremely broad range of support queries. JJ Secuwatch staff have significant installation experience, as well as capability in modern IP based technologies. Our system means that a team member will always be available with sufficient knowledge to answer any enquires you may have. If the JJ Secuwatch support representatives in your state are already helping other customers, you will automatically be routed to a JJ Secuwatch team member in another state who can handle your enquiry.
As security requirements become more complex, and security systems merge with traditional IT systems, training has become a critical part of the services undertaken by security distributors. JJ Secuwatch offers specific training, such as comprehensive programs on Bosch, plus general technology programs like our popular one day ‘Fundamentals of IP based technologies’ course.

At the moment, Crowd Control Solutions using people counting cameras for all IKEA branches in Australia and Sydney’s Paddy’s Market are in progress. Recently, from Costa Mushroom Farm to Food factory and Auburn Basketball Centre or entertainment clubs, many clients have had their temperature testing requirements solved by our project team either with Thermal cameras or Terminals.
