JJ SecuWatch is proud to be an Australian owned national distributor of professional surveillance system equipment. Our CEO, Jerry Chung, founded the company as a small home-based business in 2006. Strong customer demand fuelled quick growth from the very beginning. Before long, the business opened its first warehouse and showroom in Mount Waverley, and growth continued steadily from there.
Loyal customers across Australia soon created demand for interstate expansion. After opening two additional warehouse and showroom locations in Melbourne, we expanded into Sydney in 2019. Because revenue and customer demand have both grown consistently, we continue to plan further expansion for the future.
Today, JJ SecuWatch is one of the largest and most recognised distributors of professional surveillance equipment in Australia. With over 20 years of experience, we do more than supply contemporary products. We also aim to deliver reliable, innovative solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This keeps us at the forefront of technical expertise nationwide. Our customer base includes a large network of CCTV installers, system integrators, and businesses of every size. Other distributors across the industry also rely on us.
As a certified distributor of Hikvision and Ruijie products, we were recently appointed authorised distributor of the entire HiLook range. With a dedicated team and three branches across Australia, we support customers locally and nationally.

JJ Secuwatch operates three branches across Australia, with dedicated showrooms in Melbourne and Sydney. Each location holds genuine stock across our full product range. In 2021, we also extended our distribution network to reach South Australia and Western Australia. This means installers and businesses in every state get consistent local support. Because we’ve invested millions into this national network, customers can walk into a branch and see the gear in person. Our stock-on-hand approach means shorter lead times and fewer delays on your next project.
